GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR
The General Administrator role within Little Electrical will be responsible for providing administration support for various roles / departments within the Company.
Duties will include:-
- General Administration including data input, invoicing, file management etc
- Training Administration
- Health & Safety Administration
- HR Administration
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday 32hours
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates MUST have the following –
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include English Language and Maths (Grade C or above) or Equivalent
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have 2 years administrative experience in a busy office environment to include:
- The ability to deal with large volumes of work
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work both in team and perform independently
- Self-Motivated with a flexible approach
It is desirable that Candidates hold a full, clean driving licence
Other Information
- Candidates must be able to be flexible in terms of working hours
- Full training will be provided for this role
