Responsibilities:

• Manage large contracts to meet financial and professional goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Oversee maintenance work and reactive maintenance within contracts.
• Estimate project costs and carry out quantity surveying duties.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage a team including apprentices and subcontractors.
• Implement organizational changes as directed.
• Maintain understanding of company products and services.
• Support HR in staff management, training, and policy compliance.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in contract management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of electrical services industry.
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
